NEW STUFF: 2nd place finish for : “LETTING GO” in Movie Poet’s October, 2011 contest.
Third place finish in Movie Poet’s December 2010 Contest. This 5 pager has a Western vibe to it. Only 4 characters and two locations, one being a field or prairie. It has two horses in it but could probably be done without. It’s currently available. You can contact me at jrsygrl65@aol.com if you’re interested.

Made it to the 4th and final round. It was extremely challenging this time around because I got assigned Fantasy twice and Sci Fi once. Those are the two genres I struggle the most with.

Might be a fun one to shoot….anyone?? Hello?
I wrote something for DVX User’s most recent screenwriting contest, “Hitchcock Fest”. The challenge was to write a Hitchcock-like Suspense/Thriller in 6 to 10 pages. And the story had to contain a MacGuffin! (don’t know what that is?? look it up
)
I confess I missed the mark on “thriller”, mine ended up more of a drama. But I love these types of contests because it challenged me to write something I normally wouldn’t.
